Hivemind Intelligence

We build the production systems that move money, goods and data. And we take apart the ones that leak.

You — Tokyo — London —

The company that designed and built CryptoBridge. Engineers who have worked with Anthropic, Coinbase and licensed crypto banks.

2What we do

Hivemind is a product and systems firm. We take fragmented software, rails and back-office process and turn them into one platform. That may be a , a , a , a , or an . Alongside new builds we embed into the language, market and process a team already uses, so tickets, reconciliations, exceptions and hand-offs stop being done by hand.

3The ledger

Where money, time and control leak out of an operation, and what we put in its place. The same delivery standard applies whether the subject is money, vehicles, code or an estate we have been asked to improve.

Custody, cards and settlement run on five vendors and a spreadsheet. Crypto banking

End-to-end platforms for digital-asset banking: non-custodial and operational wallets, multi-chain deposits and withdrawals, KYC, card issuing, payouts, cash accounts, settlement, membership and administration. Built to the standard of a live programme, not a wallet demo.

  • Wallets, deposit scanning, withdrawal queues
  • Visa issuing, Apple Pay and Google Pay, on-ramp, bank payouts
  • Settlement, cashback, points, membership tiers
  • Bank portal and bilingual administration
Dispatch chases loads over radio, chat apps and a whiteboard. Fleet and load logistics

Control systems for trucking and freight. Load status, assignment, live vehicle location, exception handling and an operations view that replaces radio, messaging apps and spreadsheet control. Dispatchers see where every load is; operators stop chasing it.

  • Load lifecycle and assignment
  • Live vehicle location and geofenced exceptions
  • Driver, customer and back-office views
  • Alerting and reporting jobs
On-chain logic nobody on the team can read, audited by nobody. Smart contracts and on-chain

Wallet contracts, token and treasury logic, deposit scanning and cross-chain swap routing, written to be read, tested and upgraded. We ship contracts with the operational tooling around them, so the on-chain part is run like the rest of the bank.

  • Solidity with Hardhat and OpenZeppelin; Anchor on Solana; TronBox
  • viem, ethers and wagmi client integration
  • Deposit scanners, indexers and swap routing services
  • Review of contracts you already hold
Attack surface grows with every release and nobody owns it. Cyber security

Security built into the platform rather than bolted on afterwards: authentication, rate limits, request encryption, audit logs, key handling and the controls a regulated operator is asked to evidence. We review existing estates against their real threat model and fix what we find.

  • Application and infrastructure review
  • Key management and custody-aware architecture
  • Logging, alerting and incident runbooks
  • Hardening programmes for live systems
Abuse and fraud are spotted after the money has left. Localised AI for security and protection

AI deployed against your language, market and threat model: screening activity, surfacing abuse, protecting operators and customers, and keeping sensitive work inside systems you control. We integrate Claude where a frontier model belongs in the workflow, and keep the surrounding controls, logging and localisation in-house.

  • Screening and triage inside existing queues
  • Bilingual operations (English and Japanese in production today)
  • Controlled model access, logging and review
Idle balances, failed loads and fee leakage nobody can see. Commercial analytics

Instrumentation of ledgers, fees, journeys and operational data to show where money is leaving the business and where it can be earned. The output is a decision view, not another dashboard nobody opens.

  • Ledger and fee instrumentation
  • Journey and operations data
  • Decision views for operators and owners
A stack that grew by accident, with costs and failure modes to match. Full-system audit

We take an existing stack, product, process, infrastructure and vendors, and audit it end to end: architecture, controls, cost, operational load and failure modes. The result is a concrete programme to harden, simplify and automate what is already in production, rather than starting again from a blank page.

  • Architecture and control review
  • Cost and vendor exposure
  • Operational load and failure modes
  • A written programme with sequencing
Repeated manual work that scales with volume instead of shrinking. Workflow automation and software

Queues, reconciliation, alerting, bilingual operations and the repeated tasks that should never have been manual. We also build general software, clients, APIs, administration, when the thing you need does not exist yet. Localised AI and job systems sit on the process you already run, so load falls as volume rises.

  • Job systems, queues and scheduled jobs
  • Reconciliation and alerting
  • Web, mobile and extension clients
  • Administration and reporting

5The clockwork

Seven networks, one settlement hub. Each ring is a chain CryptoBridge runs on; its bead advances one notch per block, at that chain's real block time. Every time a bead crosses the settlement meridian, a deposit travels to the card. Turn it, slow it, read it.

Drag to turn. Hover a ring.Drag to turn. Tap a ring.

The instrument needs WebGL. The networks: Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain, TRON, Polygon, Base, Solana.

    6The board

Six more systems we have designed and built, each wired to the hub. Hover a chip, or a row, and watch its traffic.

    1. B

      EVM swap indexer and terminal

A Rust indexer, query API and trading terminal for DEX activity on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base and Robinhood Chain. It decodes Uniswap V2, V3 and V4, PancakeSwap, SushiSwap, Aerodrome and Slipstream pools plus four bonding-curve launchpads from one registry file; keeps exact arithmetic end to end; attributes MEV per swap from coinbase bribes and priority fees; survives reorgs by walking back to the common ancestor and rebuilding candles; and streams swaps, new pairs and graduations over WebSocket behind hashed, rate-limited API keys.

    2. C

      Solana real-time indexer

Streams Solana blocks and token accounts over Yellowstone gRPC at processed commitment and decodes Pump.fun, PumpSwap, SPL Token, Token-2022 and Metaplex instructions in Rust. Writes land in ClickHouse through per-table async inserters with a 300 ms swap flush and Prometheus metrics; one-second to one-minute candles are derived by materialised views; pool-created and swap events are published to Redis for downstream bots. Shipped as an ARM64 Docker Compose stack with a GitHub Actions deploy.

    3. D

      Solana sniper and copy-trader

Watches for new Pump.fun tokens, new Raydium pools and Pump.fun migrations over bloXroute and Helius streams, and schedules each user's snipe to the pool's open time. Transactions are simulated to size their compute budget, compiled as versioned transactions with lookup tables, tipped, and submitted to the New York and London bloXroute endpoints at once, first acceptance wins, with staked-RPC or front-running-protected modes. Copy-trading follows target wallets over Yellowstone gRPC account subscriptions.

    4. E

Chain Swap: Telegram trading bot and CCIP contracts

A Telegram trading bot for seven EVM chains with limit orders, DCA, referral fees, PIN-locked encrypted wallets and an English and Chinese interface. Ethereum and BNB Chain swaps can be sent as bloXroute private transactions to Flashbots and beaverbuild builders with priority-fee refunds. Cross-chain swaps run through Chainlink CCIP messenger-and-swap contracts deployed on Optimism, Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon and Avalanche.

      TypeScript · grammY · viem · ethers · Uniswap smart-order-router · Solidity · Chainlink CCIP · OpenZeppelin · MongoDB · Redis

    5. F

      Execution SDK

A Rust library that quotes and executes swaps on Solana, Robinhood Chain and BNB Chain through Jupiter, DFlow, bloXroute, Relay, Pump.fun, PumpSwap, Uniswap v2, v3 and v4 and PancakeSwap behind one API, with Relay bridges between them. Simulation-sized compute budgets, versioned transactions with shared lookup tables, private BNB builder fan-out, on-chain fee routers on both chain families, USDC-sponsored gas with cost caps, and a signer-agnostic design that fits KMS or Turnkey custody.

      Rust 2024 · solana-client · alloy · tokio · 72 unit tests

    6. G

      USDT Guard: wallet screening

A WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal bot that scores a TRON or Ethereum wallet before USDT is sent or received: on-chain Tether-blacklist checks on both USDT contracts, OFAC and sanctions lists, scam feeds, labelled counterparties and multi-hop inbound taint tracing, returned as a verdict and a rendered report card. Versioned scoring heuristics with a fixture-based evaluation harness, API-key pools with rate limiting, and self-serve prepaid billing with per-invoice deposit wallets.

    7The cascade

A fault rarely stays where it starts. It tips the next system, and the next. We find where the run would begin, put the seal at its end, and build the hive back so it holds.

iThe fault. One bead strikes the first cell. Systems A to G light as the run passes them.

iiStopped at the seal. The run ends against the seal, not at the last system.

iiiThe hive rebuilt. Every fallen cell lifts and locks in around the seal: sixty-one cells, one mark.

    8Background

Hivemind principals and engineers have previously worked with Anthropic, Coinbase, licensed crypto banks and other large financial and technology organisations. That experience sits behind every engagement: custody-aware architecture, operational discipline, and systems that remain auditable as volume, regulation and physical operations increase.

    9How an engagement runs

    1. 01

      Audit the existing system

We begin with what is already live: product, rails, fleet, tickets and data. We identify leakage, risk and repeated work before anything is rebuilt.

    2. 02

      Deliver the system

We design and build the production platform: clients, APIs, ledgers, tracking, administration, Claude-backed workflows where they belong, and localisation for the markets you serve.

    3. 03

      Instrument and protect

Analytics show where money is lost and where it can be earned. Localised AI and automation take over the remaining repeated tasks, so operational load falls as volume rises.

    Start with an audit.

Send us what is live today. We will tell you where it leaks, what it costs, and what we would put in its place, before anything is rebuilt.
